Keep Your Eyes On The Prize

Elegantly put. Powerful in its brevity and its simplicity.
The quest for business success leads down many paths and doesn’t spare any from the roadblocks and setbacks that are sure to arise on the way. No, you are not special (at least not in that regard). There is nothing new under the sun! The difficulties that you are experiencing are not just some karmic payback from a former life filled with wrongdoing. You have set out on perhaps one of the most difficult and yet rewarding journeys in the business world. The setbacks are just the price you pay for the results you want. With that being said it is important to condition your mind to be in it for the long haul.
I cannot stress the importance of keeping up the right mindset. You have to EXPECT to succeed in you business. See it in your mind. Imagine how it will feel when you get to your goal. Speak it to yourself every single day. Cultivate an atmosphere of success that is so powerful that it starts to attract EVERYTHING you want to you. When you do this, roadblocks, setbacks and obstacles will no longer matter at all. You will see challenges as having been already worked out and you will just look for the proper avenue to get over, around or through them. See ONLY what you want to happen! Focus on strengthening your mind every day. Great success is just a matter of time to those who can persevere and approach their business as a marathon rather than a sprint. Attack each problem as it arises and don’t worry about the “what ifs.”
Keep the company of people who share similar values or are striving for great things in their own lives as well. DO not be “unequally yoked.” If someone can’t “see” your vision of success, let em go because your dream isn’t too big, its likely that their heads are just too small. But in all things be content and proud of yourself for embarking on the mission to have a “life” rather than just “making a living.”
